I'd recommend Dacia Romford to anyone because I found staff very helpful and knowledgeable and if they didn’t have what I wanted in stock they could get it which other Dacia dealer was unable to do
The experience at Dacia Romford was good because I felt listen to all my options were explained to me and I got a good price for my car that I was trading in. The sales person was very good and explained all the process to me of buying my new car and has answered all the questions I have had since buying the car brilliant service and very happy.

I'd definitely recommend Dacia Romford because they were patient, understanding when there was a paperwork/ previous dealership issue with my previous vehicle and transferred this vehicle from Wales to my location, sent me a video of it and answered all of my questions.
Unfortunately I can’t give a perfect score because the trade in value of my previous vehicle was a bit disappointing and there was a miscalculation in the amount of £250 on the overall total, as my original security deposit was inadvertently counted twice. In all other ways I was very satisfied with the car and the service so far
